Description
The Cas13a and crRNA form a functional complex that "slides" along the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas13a is specifically activated and cleaves the surrounding reporter molecules. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas13a, featuring high sensitivity, high specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It is widely used in the field of molecular diagnostics for rapid and accurate detection of pathogens.

- Target sequence-specific primers for isothermal amplification
- CrRNA/gRNA: Forms a functional complex with LbaCas12a and is specifically activated by the target sequence. (LbaCas12a crRNA scaffold sequence: 5’-UAAUUUCUACUAAGUGUAGAU-3’)
Application
The CRISPR Cas12a DNA Detection Kit (Two-Step) (Paper Type) is used for rapid DNA detection. First, perform isothermal amplification, then the amplification products activate Cas12a, generating a fluorescent signal. This enables rapid detection of DNA pathogens.
