Description
Cas12a forms a functional complex with crRNA and "slides" along the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas12a is specifically activated and trans-cleaves surrounding reporter molecules. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas12a, featuring high sensitivity, high specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It is widely used in the field of molecular diagnostics, enabling rapid and accurate detection of pathogens.

Application
The CRISPR Cas12a DNA Detection Kit (One-Step) is used for rapid DNA detection. Simply add primers and gRNA to achieve single-tube detection of DNA pathogens.
