Description

Nonspecific signals are a common challenge in isothermal amplification. The CRISPR/Cas system significantly enhances specificity. This kit integrates isothermal amplification with CRISPR/Cas12a to enable highly sensitive and specific DNA detection. All reactions are carried out in a single tube, in one step, and at a constant temperature. The kit includes universal reagents for both isothermal amplification and CRISPR/Cas12a-based detection, streamlining the development of point-of-care diagnostic products.

Additional Required Materials

• Template DNA
• Nuclease-free water
• qPCR thermal cycler or heat block
• Target sequence-specific primers for isothermal amplification
• crRNA/gRNA: Forms a functional complex with LbaCas12a and is specifically activated by the target sequence. (LbaCas12a crRNA scaffold sequence: 5’-UAAUUUCUACUAAGUGUAGAU-3’)

Application

The CRISPR Cas12a DNA Detection Kit (One-Step) is used for rapid DNA detection. Simply add primers and gRNA to achieve single-tube detection of DNA pathogens.
