介绍
性传播疾病(STD)可以通过提取疑似患有STD的患者的阴道拭子或尿液中的DNA进行诊断。肽核酸(PNA) STD 检测试剂盒能够通过多重实时PCR,利用每种PNA荧光探针的独特熔解温度(Tm),准确检测13种性传播感染(STI)的存在与否,并区分每种感染类型。
